ORDERING INFORMATION
We make everything to order therefore we dont carry any stock.
This makes each product unique and personal to you and your wedding.
Samples Samples are a good way to see the invite as it will be sent to your guests. The pack includes:

Free sample packs for a limited time.
Your sample card(s) will arrive by 1st class post wrapped for protection. I always obtain proof of postage. Bulk orders will be delivered by hand if local or sent by recorded delivery or courier and will need to be signed for. Prices and details for delivery can be discussed at the time of ordering.
Placing An Order
Once you have received your samples and would like to make an order, I will need to confirm the chosen collection and quantities required.
I will then need details from you regarding wording etc.....
Receiving Proofs
Proofs will then be created and sent to you to check and approve, the only exception being Table Plans and Guest Books.
An invoice for the 40% deposit will also be enclosed.
Delivery Times All stationery is handmade to your design requirements. It usually takes about 4 - 6 weeks to produce the Invitations unless otherwise agreed. I would reccomend placing an order 4 months before you intend to send out your stationery. Order of Service and other items will be completed nearer to the date of the wedding. We recommend that you order all items you will require at the outset. This is to guarantee availability of materials needed. While additional items may be added to an order in progress, we cannot be held responsible if materials or colours are no longer available.
Delivery process normally happens in 2 stages, 1st the invitations and RSVP cards then 2nd the remaining stationery on arranged date nearer to your wedding date.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required before work commences.
The balance is due on completion of the order.
Final payment must be made before the wedding.
Prices
All prices are correct but are subject to change. All prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Returns
Please note a non-refundable deposit of 40% is required before any work commences. All orders are handmade to your individual requirements. We regret that refunds and exchanges can only be made if the merchandise is faulty or does not meet your order specifications. In the event of a cancellation, all work in progress must be paid for in full. It is recommended that you request a sample before placing your order.
Confidentiality
Please ensure that any personal information collected at the time of ordering will be kept confidential. We will use the information provided by you in order to produce and dispatch your order and in no other way.
You will save money by placing your order with all requirements in mind from the save the date right through to the thank you cards.
